The menu has lots and lots of choices, but I know what I like. For an appetizer I had a seaweed salad, my mom had a miso soup. The salad tasted so good I ate every bit of it. When the meals came I was happy. I had a dragon roll with a salmon roll and Lexi had a Passion roll and yellow tail sushi. The Passion roll was very unusual. Salmon and avocado were wrapped in mango. Lexi likes mango, so she thought it was good.
My mom and sister both got the Bento box. My mom's had grilled salmon and a crab cake and my sister's had vegetable tempura and shrimp teriyake. They liked that they got lots of food.
It was all great. Everything was delicious. I talked to the chefs before the main dish came. They were nice and seemed very experienced. They make the food at Mura look very beautiful. The chefs explained how to make sushi. I thought it sounded hard, all that rolling and slicing and cutting and putting it in position.
The best part was dessert. We had fried red bean ice cream and mochi. The mochi was mango and green tea. It came sliced in thirds and looked fancy, like fresh fruit.

I love your blog, Nic! You're a really good writer and a discerning eater. Keep up the good work!
