I went with my grandmother to Home a couple days ago. It was my first time trying Vietnamese food. Home is a Vietnamese sandwich and bubble tea restaurant.
Home is very small. It's just one small room with four tables. The menu has only about 10 choices. I had a classic sandwich. It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. My grandmother had the grilled pork sandwich. We also got the summer roll for my sister. This is what is in the summer roll: shrimp, lettuce, rice wrapped in rice paper, and served with peanut sauce.
We also got bubble tea. Bubble tea is tea that has tapioca balls in the bottom of the cup. The flavor was vanilla. When I drank the bubble tea I tasted the chewy tapioca in my mouth. I loved that Vietnamese restaurant.
